Before your Visit
Before your scheduled appointment, we will reach out to you with a series of pre-screening questions. These questions will be related to Covid-19 symptoms and exposure risk. If you are not feeling well, or have had a close contact recently with someone known to have Covid-19, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. Our team will make it a priority to see you as soon as you possible.
Please arrive before your scheduled appointment time. We work hard to run on time and ask that you help us to achieve that goal.
During your Visit
Ensuring the safety of our patients and staff by preventing infection and disease is of the utmost importance to us. Our team follows and goes beyond all guidelines and regulations set by the CDC, ADA, and OSHA. We stay informed of the latest news and guidance from these agencies, making sure to adjust our protocols in order to use the best and most current information available.
Please wear a face mask when entering our building. In an effort to reduce the in office transmission of Covid-19 virus and Influenza, we have maintained this strict requirement. We understand that this is an inconvenience for some. We want to be done with it too. However this simple step is just one of the ways we are trying to keep our team and our patients healthy.
We have multiple hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the office. We have removed magazines and other items from our waiting area to minimize the number of surfaces that need to be disinfected. This allows us to spend more time cleaning and sanitizing our office to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
Our HVAC system is equipped with a hospital-grade, Ultraviolet Disinfection System that effectively eliminates nearly all harmful pathogens and particulate from the air you breathe, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. We have additional HEPA air purifiers set up throughout the office to further clean the air.
Our team wears high-quality PPE, which will protect them from exposure to viruses and bacteria, and gives our patients the added reassurance and peace of mind that they are in a safe and hygienic environment.
After Your Visit
After your appointment, we will thoroughly sanitize the treatment area and dental equipment in preparation for the next patient.
